A Glorious Day in the Vineyards
Tomatoes had a wonderful day in the vineyards of the North Fork of Long Island for our annual wine trip.
This year we enjoyed two of the North Fork’s original vineyards.
At Palmer Vineyards one of the North Fork’s most charming and welcoming wineries, we enjoyed 5 wine tastings and wonderful cheese and crudité platters under a gazebo overlooking the vineyards.
At Lenz, anther original North Fork winery, we enjoyed our picnic lunch in a private outdoor area, and then 4 of their wonderful old world wines. Plus music too!
Our last stop was Harbes Family Farm and Tasting Room. Tomatoes had a chance to shop for veggies and sunflowers and some enjoyed wines in their beautiful tasting room.
