Karen (pictured in her before) wanted to cut off her long hair and didn’t want to be a slave to it. She also wanted less maintenance to keep her grey hair colored. Christopher colored her hair a champagne blonde, cut it short and tweaked the makeup slightly. Wow, what a big difference!

Later I graduated to my sister’s Barbie dolls. You could do more with clothing for them because they had full figures for which you could create tissue paper and Scotch tape fashions, complete with stickpin earrings.”
