An Inspirational Brand
With Veteran’s Day 2020 taking place this past week, I was happy to learn about a fairly new to market protein bar, developed by young veterans. Battle Bars is not only a truly healthy alternative to the many not-so-good for you brands available, it also helps to support a very worthy charitable organization.
Ian Sparks is co-founder of this company. Ian was commissioned into the U.S. Army Officer Corps as a Combat Engineer and has deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, and most recently to Syria as a Commander of a Combat Engineer unit. He, his brother and a dear friend and military colleague joined forces to create this product and to launch a company with a purpose.
Battle Bars is heavily aligned with Operation Enduring Warrior, which supports veterans, law enforcement personnel and first responders and their families in a variety of ways.
Please check out Battle Bars to learn about this inspirational brand, their products, and mission to help our veterans.
Ian Sparks is one of my guests on this Sunday’s Bagels and Broadway radio show.
Listen (now at a new time and day!) from 2-3 PM ET on WNYM, online (www.am970theanswer.com), Alexa and on podcast following the broadcast.
