“Walk for the Wild” is an all-new virtual global adventure that’s powered by real world steps that is all about supporting the Los Angeles Zoo, GLAZA and saving wild animals. “Walk for the Wild” officially kicks off on Earth Day but there are many benefits to registering today, Tomatoes…besides getting your steps in.

April 13. Stand Pup Comedy Benefit
Stand Pup Comedy is a fantastic way for local animal shelters to raise funds. Their online furry events star funny humans and adorable-adoptable pets. Our local Best Friends Animal Society is the host of this event with a portion of the proceeds will going directly to them, Tomatoes. Woo-Hoo!
And you know what that means…lots of homeless pets will be helped. Select performers from Comedy Central and The Last Comic Standing will make you laugh, and your heart will be overjoyed by the precious faces of adoptable pets. April 11. Art Deco Venues: Cocktails Across America
It is indeed a unique vintage virtual journey with Co-Authors Diane Lapis and Anne Peck Davis. Both are independent researchers of post prohibition era, whom will be guiding Tomatoes through “Art Deco Entertainment Venues of the Post-Prohibition Years across America”. Let’s not forget with a cocktail or two along the way, Tomatoes.
The online pictorial tour will examine five theater and entertainment complexes constructed in 1930s America. Each venue selected for discussion represents excellent examples of Art Deco and Streamline Moderne design. The presentation will be highlighted by vintage postcards and ephemera offering a special way to capture elements of the venues and discuss their history. Three cocktail recipes will be provided in advance and prepared during the presentation. Viewers can purchase the cocktail ingredients and follow along to make the drink at home to truly transport themselves into the realm of post-Prohibition America. History and Cocktails, Tomatoes. She is best known for her recurring role as Donna on the CBS series "Murder She Wrote" starring Angela Lansbury. She has had many other TV and stage roles and has starred in over 300 national TV commercials. As head of In The Trenches Productions, Debbie produced, directed, acted in many short films for her company.
