I’m here with a plentiful and handy list of “LA Holiday Happenings”, to guide you. Bright sparkling lights, that will tickle your fancy, await you all around town. Lights and More Lights

From the valley, to DTLA, to Midtown and on to the coastal communities, Los Angeles glows particularly bright this time of year because of the plethora of magical and inspired twinkling light displays.  The super creative use of lights to celebrate the season is masterful, Tomatoes.

* “Glow” at the South Coast Botanic Garden through January 17^th features thousands of lights that will take your breath away.

* “Holiday Road” at King Gillette Ranch through December 31st is an immersive walking trail with food trucks and seasonal cocktails and lights that will amaze.

* “Sparkle DTLA” at the Bloc through January 2nd gives you a magical holiday show with 18 million hues of lights in the night synchronized to festive tunes.

This time of year, our amazing LA Zoo transforms into a dazzling, enchanting, eye-popping wild wonderland of light under the stars.

 Through February 21. Brilliance: The Art and Science of Rare Jewels

All across the LA area there is indeed a ton of exciting and fun events to stir the Holiday spirit inside you and I’ve listed a few. We all know that the holiday spirit is alive and well in Los Angeles.

*“Cheer on the Pier” in Santa Monica

through January 11 will definitely bring lots of smiles to your face.

*Fort LA’s “Ginger Bread Houses and More” is an enchanting self-guided trail tour of fanciful residences which is also a holiday fundraiser for the great Fort LA organization.

*“LA County Holiday Celebration” at the Music Center on December 24^th is LA’s largest multicultural holiday celebration while being LA’s longest running (62 Years) Holiday Tradition. It’s back with live performances for the public to attend as well as streaming virtually for those who prefer the comfort of their home.  Attendance is free and parking is free too, Tomatoes!

 *“Yuletide Cinemaland” at Heritage Square Museum and hosted by Street Food Cinema through Dec 21 is screening Holiday movies along with Victorian Home Tours, Sing -Alongs, Holiday treats, festive drinks, shopping and more.  It will be magical and entertaining.

 *“Holiday Festivities” at The Original Farmer’s Market December 17-24th welcomes you to celebrate the holidays at the market and enjoy their fab Yuletide décor with Dickensian carolers, live music and more.

*The LA Conservancy celebrates the festive sights and sounds of the season with 2 special tours: “Holidays at Union Station In Person Tour” and the “Virtual Vintage LA Christmas Tour”. The LA Conservancy has something for everyone this season with these tours.
