Three Easy Air Fryer Recipes

Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
    • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon onion powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Instructions:
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to form a batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shake off the excess, and place in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Toss the crispy cauliflower bites in buffalo sauce and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

 Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken Tenders

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 pound chicken tenders
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Olive oil spray
  • Instructions:
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken tender with the breadcrumb mixture and place in the air fryer basket.
  4. Lightly spray the chicken tenders with olive oil.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.




Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Instructions:
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and roll each piece into a ball.
  3. Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Dip each donut hole in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
