Dec. 19 & 20. High Standards – Corinna Sowers Adler

High Standards is the name of the show featuring the incredibly talented vocalist, Corinna Sowers Adler. She has generously performed in Randie Levine Miller’s benefit show, “Divas and Tomatoes” for the past two years, featuring our Tomatoes Got Talent Show winners performing alongside talented pros including Corinna.  Her high notes will give you chills and thrills, and there are two chances to hear her perform this weekend.  Head to the Metropolitan Room for her Dec. 19, 4PM show “High Standards”, or to Jazz at Lincoln Center for “Music over Manhattan Sunday Dec. 20.

What are you doing New Year’s Eve?

Ring in the New Year with Marilyn Maye.  The legendary performer has two shows at the Metropolitan Room, a 7:30 show and a 10:30 show.  And she’ll keep the party going with performances through January 10.  We recently had a chance to see her perform and wow, oh wow –  what a voice and a performer who really connects with the audience.  No wonder she appeared on the Johnny Carson Show a record 76 times!   Get the details.

New Year’s Eve: Dinner and Dancing at the Rainbow Room
