More and more local chefs are experimenting with new cuisine paired with their favorite dishes and as there are not enough locations for all the talent and number of chefs, pop-up dinners abound. Here are two up coming you won’t want to miss.

Former Marlowe chef de cuisine Dante Nicholas Cecchini created a pop-up project called Wander. California cuisine that is executed in classic ways. Through the Kitchen Window, is an independent dim sum pop-up. Several of Nopalito’s chefs and staff are the creative force behind this tasty Tuesday treat. Pre-order a Roast Pig Head or Steamed Whole Snapper if you want something special and savory. Get tickets and info here.
