Each section walks you through easy to implement changes that each of us could implement on our road to better health.  Each section has easy changes, harder changes, and experimental changes.  The authors suggest that in each area you pick 2-5 changes that you think you can easily make in your lifestyle.  And each week you pick just one to implement.  Over time, the changes will become part of your lifestyle and you can start incorporating some of the harder ones that will start becoming easier.

For example, we’ve started off with meditating for 10 minutes each day.  (They explain all the benefits of meditating too.)   And because we spend so many hours a day at our computer, we’ve now set a timer so that every hour we get up, move around and even do a little exercise.  It’s amazing how we thought we were moving around, but then realized how quickly an hour goes by.  Simple changes that can make a big difference.

This book makes sense on so many levels, and the practical guides to things we can all really do to make incorporating lifestyle changes easy, will hopefully lead us to substantial health changes.
