A book. A film. A Hot Sauce.
Media personality, author, and man-about-town Bill Boggs has written a funny and satirical new book, “The Adventures of Spike The Dog: As Told to Bill Boggs.” You see, Spike is a hilarious English Bull Terrier who becomes a celebrity after appearing on a late-night television show. When his master, Bud, who hosts a local morning show in North Carolina is tapped for a New York City gig, the two head off to countless adventures.
Having already garnered rave reviews, “The Adventures of Spike the Dog” is a refreshing, humorous and slightly politically incorrect read during these home bound days.
Film maker Jordan Brady’s latest film,” I Am Battle Comic” is about comedians who perform for our
troops around the world. Jordan has created three films in his “I Am Comic” series, and this one has served as a fundraising vehicle. 100% of gross ticket sales from screenings have been donated to charities supporting military families.
Interestingly, in addition to being a film maker and commercial director, Jordan is also the founder of a hot sauce company, featuring three varieties of sauces. A portion of sales from Jordan’s Oso Delicious Hot Sauce Company is also donated to support military charities.
