A Conversation with Actor Len Cariou
You can see him every week on the CBS cop drama, “Blue Bloods” as the patriarch of the Reagan family, in the acclaimed and Academy Award nominated film, “Spotlight” and now on stage in his own one-man show, “Broadway and the Bard” at the Lion Theatre off-Broadway. I’m talking about veteran actor Len Cariou, who performs this theatrical piece through March 6.
Listen to my podcast with Mr. Cariou. Find out how the multi-talented performer conceived of this “Evening of Shakespeare and Song,” what a typical work day for him is like, and his love of the spectacular view of New York City from his West New York, New Jersey home.
“Broadway and the Bard” runs through March 6 at the Lion Theatre, 410 West 42 Street. Presented by AMAS Musical Theatre in association with Alan Siegel Entertainment, directed by
Barry Kleinbort. For more information go to: http://www.amasmusical.org/
