Yes, I know we’re all so busy with holiday parties and events, but you’ll surely want to catch some of the best from Broadway and Cabaret this December thru New Year’s Eve.

At Feinstein’s/54Below, try Broadway’s love couple – Orfeh and Andy Karl  (Dec. 12 thru 14) who are Legally Bound, followed by A Holiday to Remember with the one and only Michael Feinstein (Dec. 15 thru 25), and in between the woman of many voices Christine Pedi in Snow Bizness on Dec. 14 at 9:30 pm. The glorious voice of Norm Lewis comes alive Dec. 19 thru 24 at 9:30 pm in I’ll Be Home for Christmas.  On New Year’s Eve, the early show at 7 pm features the delightful wit of Charles Busch followed by Tony Winner Annaleigh Ashford at 11 pm to ring in New Year’s Magic.  Tickets: 646 476-3551 – full dinner menu.

The Metropolitan Room is brimming over with shows and talent throughout December where you’ll find marvelous Marilyn Maye scheduled for New Year’s Eve in The Biggest Party Ever with an early show at 7:30 pm and late show at 10 pm (including dinner). Throughout the month catch Baby Jane Dexter, Vivian Reed, Hedda Lettuce Xmas Special, David Meulemans, Chanukah with Elli the King of Broadway and so many other shows. 212 206-0440

Don’t Tell Mama (where the extraordinary Sidney Myer is housed as booking manager and more) has a busy month in its two cabaret rooms that includes Lina Koutrakos and Rick Jensen’s Holiday Show, Parker Scott’s Deck the Halls, Lynne Charnay, the fabulous Judy Garland & Liza Minnelli Live! and so many more performers.  The piano bar is always hoppin’ –  212 757-0788 (after 4 pm).

Try the Laurie Beechman Theatre at the West Bank Café with KT Sullivan and Jeff Harnar for joys of the holiday season, and some of the best Holiday drag shows in NYC, with Alaska (RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars), Jackie Beat, Jinx Monsoon, Paige Turner and so much more. Good menu!
