Moms: The Musical

Becoming a mom, forming a new friendship, and finding strength-all in one musical

Moms: The Musical

I am always attracted to stories about women who form “unlikely friendships”, and a new musical in development does just that, as it focuses on the incredible journey of becoming a new mother. In Moms: The Musical, two first time mothers from different worlds form a bond and discover their individual strengths, while addressing marriage and friendship issues, career concerns, body image, and the long standing and ever irritating societal pressure that women endure.

Written and produced by Surette and Hall Theatricals, Kelly Surrette and Teddy Hall will present a workshop production July 24 at 2 pm. This 8-person cast is directed and choreographed by Victoria Rae Sook.

To purchase a ticket to the livestream performance of this new musical in development go to Moms:The Musical

Tickets cost $5.00 and all proceeds will benefit Moms For Moms: NYC.
