The New Yor Public Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center is honoring his legacy with a moving display of letters and other objects from the archives of the colleagues and friends of the legendary artist. It’s free and open through January 14.
The first section of the display No One Is Alone: The Letters of Stephen Sondheim. It is comprised of two parts: first, letters that Sondheim wrote to prominent colleagues such as Harold Prince, Peter Stone, Boris Aronson, and Richard Rodgers. Today she has thousands of friends and is chief cheerleader for smart, savvy women who want to live their lives fully at every age and every stage. She is the author of the novel, "Can You See Us Now?" and co-author of a humorous books of quips, "Martini Wisdom." Because she's lived a long time, her full bio won't fit here.
