June 21. Randie Levine Miller’s Tomato Showstopper Divas
Our pal and 3T collaborator, Randie Levine Miller has put together a brilliant and entertaining show featuring several of the outstanding talented singers from our past five years of Tomatoes Got Talent shows. June 27. Shocking Realities: Sex Trafficking from Nepal to NYC
Please join head tomato Cheryl Benton and the New York City Leadership Council for Because I am a Girl for an eye-opening panel discussion about how trafficking affects all of us. A short film presentation and our knowledgeable experts will allow you to discover the real state of so many trafficked girls and young women today, and what we can do to change this. June 2. Dinner and a Show
The wonderful Celia Berk is bringing her show, “Love is Just Sand” back to the Beach Café in NYC. Cabaret reviewer Marilyn Lester says “Her mellow, honeyed sound remains musically impeccable, including superb diction and excellent phrasing. June 16. Something Beautiful
That not only describes the show, but the wonderful Corina Sowers Adler and her lilting trilling vocals. She returns to Feinstein’s/54 Below in Something Beautiful, which debuted last fall in Jazz at Lincoln Center’s. Filled with magical songs by Billy Joel, Ahrens and Flaherty, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Elton John, Stephen Schwartz, and others, Corinna Sowers Adler will mesmerize and delight. Corinna, a three time Tony Award nominee for Excellence in Theatre Education, will include a chorus of NiCori Teen Ensemble singers in Something Beautiful. Get the details and tickets.
