Sept. 24. Hoboken Art and Music Festival
Take the 8-minute ferry from the West Side to Hoboken for this fun festival. There will be 300 artists, sculptors, photographers, and crafters, as well as two stages of live music, rides, games, and food vendors on Washington St. in Hoboken, NJ. Sept. 28. Sip for the Sea
The Wildlife Conservation Society hosts the fifth annual SIP FOR THE SEA at Central Park Zoo to support the New York Aquarium. This signature benefit features pairings of sustainable wines with sustainable seafood and other special offerings from many of New York’s and Brooklyn’s top restaurants. This festive evening provides an occasion to celebrate the wonders of the ocean, showcase WCS’s commitment to marine education and conservation in New York and around the globe, and support the Aquarium as it rebuilds and transforms the exhibits and Brooklyn Coney Island campus into a premier destination.
