The ninth Summer HD Festival features nine thrilling performances from the Met’s Live in HDseries of cinema transmissions—plus a special pre-festival screening of Ingmar Bergman’s classic 1975 film version of Mozart’s The Magic Flute, a co-presentation with the Film Society of Lincoln Center. More than 3,000 seats are set up in front of the opera house each night, as well as additional standing room around Lincoln Center Plaza. And it’s FREE! Get the schedule.

Beth Fowler and Lee Roy Reams are two of the showstoppers in Randie Levine Miller’s Showstopper Divas and Divos Show.  Beth is a two- time Tony Nominee (Boy from Oz and Sweeny Todd) and part of the Emmy winning show, Orange is the New Black (Sister Ingalls.) Song and dance genius Lee Roy Reams, is a Tony Nominee (42nd Street),  plus performed in countless Broadway hits and was choreographer Hello Dolly (1995). Don’t miss this dynamic duo and the rest of the fabulous performers including Adam Grupper, Barbara Minkus, Richard Skipper, and Tomatoes Got Talent show winners, Susan Vardy and Kathleen Waters.  The Triad, 158 W. 72nd, St., NYC. 7PM. Tribeca TV Festival – Tickets Now on Sale

Okay TV junkies. This one’s for you.  The first-ever Tribeca TV Festival is Sept. 22-24 and tickets are on sale right now. There are endless stories in this golden age of television.  You will get an advance look at series premieres and fan-favorite shows and hear directly from creators.
