We’re here today to hopefully provide you with some entertaining and upbeat “virtual things” that just might take your mind off these stressful times, if only for a little while.  We have received so many positive suggestions for staying upbeat and mentally well from many corners of the world, advising that we all take a deep breath and gently breathe out (repeat as necessary), focus on gratitude, reach out to family and friends, meditate if you can, dance and sing, and know we will get through this.
