Wellness Retreat

It’s always a good idea for self care. So go to Marin and breathe. Nestled into the hillside overlooking Stinson Beach and the Pacific you will discover a 1970s hillside home that has been renovated into a cozy retreat center forThe Coast Ridge. This is a fitness reboot program based on the successful model of the Ashram in Calabasas. Despite its name, the Ashram has no religious affiliations, and neither does the Coast Ridge—unless, of course, your body is your temple (check) and your religion is nature (double check).

The Coast Ridge is a 4-day hiking and health excursion that sounds divine. Wake up to yoga, hiking in the Redwoods for 4-5 hours, strengthen your core, eat an incredible plant based meal, get a massage and end your day with restorative yoga. AHHHH. You will definitely see what John Muir so loved about this part of the bay. Limited to 10 people per long weekend, individual attention is the norm. The weekends book up far in advance, so get your Zen on soon. http://www.thecoastridge.com
