SF Shopping Finds: Lumillamingus Handbags

Bloomingdale's ODHS Oct

Danish born designer Lulu Eschelman has created the most beautiful, luxurious handbags out of the softest leather I have ever felt. She designs these aesthetically pleasing bags from her home office in Woodside. I happened upon a trunk show being held at Wilkes Bashford and I couldn’t stop preening around with them on my arm.

SF Shopping Finds: Lumillamingus HandbagsLulu saw the need for a chic laptop bag, an everyday clutch and a roomy and practical travel tote. So, she designed them. The clutch folds out to hold a tablet during the day, and then closes shut for your night out. Each bag is handmade in Los Angeles and takes approximately 8 hours to sew and assemble. Samples are rigorously tested for durability, so your investment will last a lifetime.

Lulu is also passionate about giving back, and with three small children, she has focused on giving back to facilitating creative and supportive programs for children and mothers in need in California. A portion of each purchase goes towards these programs.
