Hydration
Hydration is the key to my success!
Although some say my wit is rather dry.
What should I sip insuring I’ll impress
my audience that I’m not young but spry?
O sadly wine is no solution for
a lass who wishes to stay firm and moist.
A bit too much will render her a bore,
perhaps collapse and need a helping hoist.
And whiskey neither is a helpful drink,
or so I’m told by friends who often cursed
their love of hearing cocktail glasses clink
in service of their unremitting thirst.
And so it seems we can’t equivocate.
Needs must use H2O to lubricate.
