In a way we may consider all bras to be “sports” bras…. Bras for the sport of life!

To some of us it may seem that we are running a constant marathon, i.e., through the aisles of the grocery store, or to get home quickly because once again we’re running late.

For purposes of this article we will be addressing traditional sports bras, because from walking the dog to running a marathon, our breasts need support.

According to our research breasts are supported by the non-elastic “Cooper’s Ligaments”. To exercise without support can break down these ligaments and cause permanent sagging.

Obviously what we want in our sports bras is for “the girls” to remain stable while the rest of our body is running, jumping, or leaping tall buildings with a single bound.
