Besito Mexican

Besito Mexican offers a savory brunch every Sunday from noon to 3:00 at all three locations, Roslyn, West Islip, Huntington, on Long Island. John J. Tunney III, owner, has a passion for extraordinary food. His devotion to serving only the very best meals is quite evident in the flavorful food offered in all three restaurants. The savory brunch crowd may opt for Huevos Rancheros or Quesadilla while those with a sweet tooth may opt for the Tres Leches French Toast. The Sunday brunch also coincides with Besito’s 2-for-1 very popular margarita specials. Besito boasts that they serve the tastiest margaritas anywhere. Why not find out?

The Shed

The Shed is another Long Island favorite that is expanding rapidly. With four locations, Plainview, Huntington, West Sayville, Westbury, offering brunch every day of the week in a bright, sunny indoor or outdoor dining area, The Shed serves American comfort food in a comfortable atmosphere. John J. Tunney III, owner and also owner of Besito Mexican, has created yet another masterpiece restaurant. With stacked pancakes served with warm maple syrup or starters like fried pickles or the ever-popular burger, The Shed knows how much “brunchies” enjoy their meals here. Keeping their customers in mind, The Shed now offers a full brunch menu during the dinnertime hours as well.

Bayberry

New to the Islip neighborhood is the popular Bayberry Restaurant offering brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 to 3:00. It is located on the quaint Main Street and welcomes you through oversized glass front doors to a huge space filled with glistening natural light. While the interior design of this restaurant speaks volumes for itself, the brunch menu is the real showstopper. Eggs Benedict, a vegetable frittata, an omelet filled with gruyere and chives, or fried chicken and waffles, are some of the creations of Chef Guy Reuge, six-time James Beard semi-finalist, and executive chef, Billy Muzio. Pair your meal with a specialty brunch cocktail and you’re in for one splendid afternoon.
