We have booked a block of hotel rooms at the Shelburne Hotel, 303 Lexington Ave, (between 37th and 38th Street) New York, NY 10016 for a room rate of $244* a night. It is one block from the Renewal Summit venue which is the Scandinavia House, 58 Park Ave. (between 37th & 38th)

SHELBURNE HOTEL & SUITES by AFFINIA is located in Murray Hill, a charming residential neighborhood that is easy to navigate with shopping and dining destinations throughout. With 325 guest rooms, on-site dining at Rare Bar and Grill, a seasonal rooftop lounge with panoramic views, and a bike program, this boutique hotel is the perfect escape on the east side. SHELBURNE HOTEL & SUITES by AFFINIA is just a few blocks from Grand Central Station and The Chrysler Building.

The room is $244 a night.

The above rates are based on single/double occupancy. Special room type preferences will be granted based upon availability. Additional person charge is $40 per night.   

The above rates are subject 8.875% New York State tax, 5.875% New York City hotel tax, New York City Development tax $1.50 per night, and New York City occupancy tax ranging between $2 for guestrooms and $4 – $8 for studio suites and above. All taxes are subject to change without prior notice.  

RATE EXTENSION The Group rate will be honored three {3} days prior and three {3} days post contracted dates, subject to rate and room type availability.  GUEST ROOM ATTRITION Attrition fees waived exclusively for your group.
