Vaccine & Restaurant News
On the vaccine front:
Good news for those hunting for a convenient place to get a vaccine. A new vaccination center has just opened in Times Square at the former NFL Experience, 47th and 7th, geared specifically to those in the performing arts and entertainment industry.
If you live, work or attend school in New York City and are in the entertainment and performing arts industry, you can access the assistance of The Actors Fund to schedule an appointment.
The number to call is 917-281-5937 or email vaccines@actorsfund.org with your name and phone number.
Vaccines will be given to those not in the performing arts community as well, and can be scheduled through https://vaccinefinder.nyc.gov/
Restaurant news:
The gorgeous, sexy and sleek Etcetera Etcetera Restaurant has announced half price pasta dishes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays through April.
In addition to offering even more affordable delicious pasta dishes, owner Daniele Kucera has taken every precaution to keep guests safe, including installing hospital grade air filters for the restaurant’s heating and cooling system. A wonderful place for a cocktail, glass of wine and delicious pasta or other yummy dishes, Etcetera Etcetera is located at 352 West 44 Street.
To hear my interview with Susan Sampliner, long time company manager of Wicked, the Musical, who is now overseeing the Times Square vaccination center, listen to Bagels and Broadway, Sunday from 2-3 on WNYM Radio.
