The Three Tomatoes Wine Trip Tickets On Sale Now!
Our next trip to the beautiful vineyards of the North Fork of Long Island is Sunday September 30. Join us for a fabulous day that includes round trip transportation with two pick up points – NYC and Hicksville; three vineyards; wine tastings; a picnic lunch and fabulous gift bags and bus prizes too!!! You’ll meet other fun wine loving “tomatoes.” (PS – guys are welcomed too.)
This Year’s Itinerary
We did some serious research (a tough job) this summer and have selected these fun wineries.
Located on a beautiful 20-acre site in Jamesport, they produce some of the finest wines the region has to offer. Jason’s Vineyard was planted in 1996 using only the finest clones of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Jason’s Vineyard also purchases the grape varietals of Sauvignon Blanc, Seyvel Blanc, Cayuga and Riesling for some of the wines they produce. We’ll enjoy tastings and our picnic lunch in a leisurely setting. Oh, and you can visit their alpacas too!
Produced by Lieb Cellars, a small farm-winery on the North Fork of Long Island, Bridge Lane is named after the farm road adjacent to one of Lieb’s vineyards and is Lieb’s second label. The grapes for Bridge Lane wines are grown sustainably on Lieb’s estate vineyard and sourced from some of the best vineyard sites in New York State.
Baiting Hollow Vineyards
Back by popular demand, our last vineyard stop is Baiting Hollow. Live music, a horse rescue farm, lovely wines, food for purchase, pies, jewelry and tee shirts for sale too. We have been to this vineyard for 10 years and it’s always a favorite.

9:00 am – NYC Pickup. 40th and Lexington Ave. in front of Bloom’s Deli
9:45 am – Hicksville Pickup. 195 North Broadway, Hicksville (front parking lot where Sears used to be.)
Return to Hicksville about 5:15 PM. NYC passengers will be dropped off at Hicksville Train Station (trains leave @every 15 minutes and it is a direct train to Penn Station (about 42 minutes.) Train ticket included with your ticket fee.
